There is a $50 booking fee due when booking to hold date and time requested. This amount is applied towards the total cost. Booking fees are non-refundable because I am turning away any other bookings for that date and time. The remaining charges, minus booking fee will be due in full on or before the day of event in cash, money order, or though PayPal. Booking fees can be applied toward a future event.

Booking Form
1) Fill in the Booking Form Below and SUBMIT.
2) View and Approve the Performance Agreement that will be emailed to you with all of the Event Details supplied by the form below.
*IMPORTANT
Your Event is NOT BOOKED until we have an approved Performance Agreement from you!!!!!
3) Submit deposit payment via PayPal or check by mail.
